Founded in March 2014, Bozhou Kangshijia Food Co., Ltd. is an agricultural industrialized enterprise established in accordance with modern corporate standards. The company has built fruit and vegetable planting bases and production workshops for fruit and vegetable crisp series products. It is a modern food enterprise integrating raw material cultivation, product R&D, production, domestic and international sales of fruit and vegetable crisp series products.

Since its establishment, the company has successively been awarded the titles of Bozhou Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise, Anhui Industrial Enterprise above Designated Size, and Anhui High-tech Enterprise. It has obtained certifications including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), BRC (British Retail Consortium), KOSHER (Jewish Dietary Law), SMETA (Social Responsibility Management System), HALAL, and FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). Located in the Economic Development Zone of Bozhou City, Anhui Province, the company is a modern manufacturer and one of China’s first batch of enterprises selected for the "Same Line, Same Standard, Same Quality" program (meaning export and domestic products are produced on the same production line following identical standards to achieve equivalent quality). Covering an area of 60 mu with a total investment of 130 million yuan and a total construction area of 48,000 square meters, the company currently employs 80 staff members. Bozhou, hometown of Hua Tuo, Laozi and Zhuangzi, is known as China’s Capital of Medicinal Herbs and a time-honored cultural city. Leveraging Bozhou’s advantages in cultivating vegetables, fruits and Chinese medicinal herbs, the company has set up a fruit and vegetable crisp processing base in the Economic Development Zone. Adopting advanced equipment and technologies to process fresh fruits and vegetables, it meets consumers’ demands for fashionable and healthy food.

The completed fruit and vegetable processing workshop is equipped with 1 quick-freezing production line, 16 sets of vacuum low-temperature oil immersion dehydration equipment, together with supporting facilities, achieving an annual output of 1,500 tons of fruit and vegetable crisp products. While the workshop was put into operation, the company has established export partnerships with many well-known food distributors in Thailand, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Russia, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United States and other countries and regions.

To date, the company has built self-operated fruit and vegetable raw material bases, with over 6,000 mu of planting fields dedicated to okra, carrots, green radishes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, apples and more, yielding an annual raw material output of 10,000 tons. Its fruit and vegetable processing workshop is furnished with quick-freezing production lines, 16 sets of vacuum low-temperature oil immersion dehydration equipment and full supporting facilities, delivering an annual output of 1,500 tons of crispy fruit and vegetable chips.

While the workshop runs at full capacity, the company has established export partnerships with numerous well-known food distributors across Thailand, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Russia, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United States and other regions. Domestically, it mainly cooperates with large chain supermarkets.
